Card Swap

 

Just thought I'd share with you a card I made for a recent swap I participated in:

 

 

I've CASE-d the layout from one that Teneale Williams did. My goodness that lady has some talent!!!

The only criteria for the swap was that we had was that we had to use the Bigshot in some way, so I have used one of Stampin' Ups embossing folders on a corner of the vase. The vase itself has been made by using the ornament punch and just cutting off a little on one edge. What do you think??

My swaps have all been posted off now and I am eagerly awaiting receving mine in the post soon!!.

Inkspiration Colour Challenge #70

This week's colour challenge over at Inkspirations was to use the following colours:

 

I just love this beautiful, soft colour combo, so had to take part in this one!!  This is what I came up with:

 

I've used one of my most fave stamp sets to create this card - 'Because I Care'. It is one of the Hostess Only stamp sets and I just love it! I've also used stamps from 'Nature Walk', 'Elements Of Style' and 'Friends 24/7'.

Mothers Day Gift Workshop

This workshop will be held on Wednesday, 26th April and 7.00pm and in this class we will be making 4 cards and a purse that would make a fantastic gift for Mum on Mother's Day. It would also make a great gift to give to someone on any occasion. Here is a sneak peak:

 

The cost of the workshop is $25 and the kits will include everything you need to create the 4 cards and purse. You will just need to bring along your own tools. I fyou would like to attend this workshop, email me and I will send out the information to you.

I will also have kits available for purchase if you are unable to attend the workshop. Full instructions will be included in the kits, along with all cardstock and embellishments required to complete the projects. A list of stampsets & inks used will be listed in the instructions for you, which you will need to purchase separately. Kits will be only available  after the workshop date.
