CASE'ing The Catty - Butterfly Basics

I am just sooo loving this stampset - I think it would have to be my favourite set so far. That and the coordinating thinlets die - LOVE them.

Perfect Blend

I finally got around to opening my 'Perfect Blend' stampset and inking it up:

Here is the card I made:

 

I've stamped the background using the 'Gorgeous Grunge' stampset with Crumb Cake ink so it looks like the coffee has been spilt. The coffee cups have been paper pieced using the Retro Fresh Designer Series Paper and Washi Tape.

You can create some fabulous, easy, simple and quick cards in a flash.  BUT - if you want to step up the process a little - here is a sample of what you can do:

Here are two cards I have created using the kit, but I have added a couple of extra elements:

 

All I have done is to add elements using the Starburst Framelits Die and Banners Framelits Die from the Occasions Catalogue and the 2 1/2 circle punch and the Delicate Doilies Sizzlets Die from the Annual Catalogue. I've also used the Gorgeous Grunge stampset and Basic Black Ink to add a bit of  interest to one of the cards.

These are still very simple but really you can be as creative as you want to be!!
