The muse for this month at Case Study is the totally awesome Chupa. The challenge wa to CASE any of the cards on her blog, so this is the one I chose to CASE:

And this is what I have made:
I loved the layout and the layers Chupa had used on her card, plus I loved the bow as well (i just love ribbon bows!!). I've switched the layout around though but have tried to keep the layers the same.
The stampset I have used is one from the new 2011/2012 catty that is due out on September 1st - it's called 'Forever Young'. The paper is also from the new catty and is called 'Timeless Portrait'. I've also used images from a couple of stampsets that are sadly retiring - ''Sense Of Time' and 'Friends 24/7'.
I noticed on Chupa's blog that in a few of the gorgeous cards she has created, that she had used a spiral border embellishment, so instead of the usual scallop border punch, I used SU's spiral border punch for a change.
I did a little whoopsy on this card and accidentally tore a corner, so instead of having to re-stamp another image, I just curled the corner over (you wouldn't have known if I hadn't told you LOL!!).
I hope you like what I have created - thanks so much for looking!!
