Field Flowers

I just love this new stamp set from this years Catalogue and I know I'm going to be using it A LOT!!

 

It's a two-step stamp set so it gives a lovely watercolour effect when you stamp the two images over each other. I just love it!! I've used Marina Mist to stamp the first layer of my flower, then Pacific Point to stamp the second layer. The background on my card base has been created using the flourish fom the 'Elements Of Style' stampset.

Inkspiration Colour Challenge #70

This week's colour challenge over at Inkspirations was to use the following colours:

 

I just love this beautiful, soft colour combo, so had to take part in this one!!  This is what I came up with:

 

I've used one of my most fave stamp sets to create this card - 'Because I Care'. It is one of the Hostess Only stamp sets and I just love it! I've also used stamps from 'Nature Walk', 'Elements Of Style' and 'Friends 24/7'.

A Sense Of Time

It's amazing where you can find inspiration to create. I looked at this serving tray

  

and this picture

 
and decided I could recreate the look in a card. So this is what I did:

I've used stamps from 'A Sense Of Time', 'Elements of Style' and 'Happiness Shared' to recreate this card. You can't really see it in the photo, but the main image has been stamped, coloured and then run through the Lattice Textured Impressions embossing folder.
