More Animal Outing

I love this stampset and the coordinating die and paper that you can get as well. It makes it so easy to create quick and easy cards! This one was made for  my nephews birthday a few weeks ago

Not into watercolouring?  No probs! These images have been die-cut from one of the sheets of Designer Series Paper that coordinates with the stampset. I'd like to say I'm fabulous at watercolouring - but I'm not! The only stamping that has been done on this card is the greeting.

Lovely As A Tree Is Retiring!

It will be very sad to see this stamp set go! After all these years, Lovely As A Tree is on the retiring list. This is one stamp set that we all thought would be around forever! I know I will never be parting with mine - it is such a versatile set. If you don't already own this set and would like it - you'd better get in quick because this is one set that won't last very long.

I've used the Subtle Embossing folder to create the back layer on this card, first inking the inside of the folder with Crumb Cake ink before placing my cardstock inside.The background on the top layer as made by sponging the edge of a cloud shaped piece of paper with Smoky Slate ink (I die-cut the cloud shape using one of the edge dies from the Rainbow Builder Framelits). The row of trees were stamped twice, first with Soft Suede, then again with Memento Black slightly offsetting it. Lastly I've stamped the single tree with Memento Black ink.

The sentiment is from Itty Bitty Birthdays and was stamped with Versamark and heat embossed with White embossing powder.

One Off Paper Pumpkin Kit Available Now

Now this is a little bit exciting! I don't know if you know but Paper Pumpkin is a subscription based kit that arrives in your mail once a month. The Retiring List Is Up!

The Retiring List is up! We're getting ready for the new catalogue due out in June.  A lot of stamp sets are showing as retiring - but a lot of them are only retiring in their old Clear or Wood mount style.
