I can't believe it is July already!! Where is this year going - it is whizzing by sooo fast!!
The Stamp-A-Memory challenge this month was to create a layout based on this sketch from Pagemaps:
Using sketches is a great way to jumpstart your mojo, or to give yourself a starting point when you're not sure how you are going to scrap a particular photo/photos.
Here is my version of the sketch:
This is a photo of my hometown of York, taken around the 1930's. The fashions may have changed but the buildings are still the same and in use today!
I've stayed pretty faithful to the sketch for this layout, but really a sketch is just a starting point and you can interpret it however you want!
